The Edmonton Oilers have wrapped up their selections for the 2026 NHL Draft, adding five new prospects to their system. The club's draft activities began with a trade, sending their 52nd overall pick to the Tampa Bay Lightning in exchange for the 58th overall selection and a fifth-round pick. This move positioned the Oilers to make their first selection of the draft at 58th overall.

With that pick, the Oilers selected Latvian center Rudolfs Berzkalns. The 6-foot-4, 203-pound forward is known for his defensive prowess and physicality. Berzkalns is committed to play NCAA hockey with Boston College, joining goalie Ryan Cameron who the Oilers also selected.

The Oilers continued to build their prospect pool by selecting Malcom Gästrin, a skilled winger from Sweden, in the third round. They then added defensemen Andrew Robinson and forward Caden Harvey from the Windsor Spitfires in the fifth and sixth rounds, respectively. The team rounded out their draft class by selecting goaltender Ryan Cameron in the seventh round. Overall, the Oilers added three forwards, one defenseman, and one goaltender to their organizational depth.
