Sergerie joins the Canucks after serving as the Director of Scouting for the Penticton Vees of the Western Hockey League last season. Under his guidance, the Vees achieved a Canadian Hockey League record for most wins in a team's inaugural WHL season. His background also includes significant roles with junior hockey teams in Alberta and British Columbia.
