McDonald's Canada is bringing the excitement of the FIFA World Cup 2026 directly to fans with a special limited-time menu collaboration. From June 9 to July 6, 2026, customers across Canada can enjoy a FIFA World Cup 26 Meal, which includes a choice of selected Extra Value Meals or McValue Meals, paired with one of seven collectible cups.

These collectible cups feature legendary soccer figures, including Canada's own captain, Alphonso Davies, alongside global icons like David Beckham, Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Thierry Henry, Heung-Min Son, and Lamine Yamal. Adding a touch of McDonald's beloved mascot to the lineup, Grimace also makes an appearance on one of the cups. Alphonso Davies, the captain of the Canadian national team, expressed his excitement about the collaboration, noting how it connects his Canadian childhood memories with a global tournament that brings fans together.

Beyond the collectible cups, a special Big Mac Sauce dip cup will also be available for an additional charge with select meals. For those with a sweet tooth, McDonald's is introducing a limited-time Golden McFlurry, featuring vanilla soft serve with caramel syrup and crunchy mix-ins. Young fans won't be left out, as the FIFA World Cup 26 Happy Meal will come with one of 23 different Squishmallows plush toys, each dressed in a unique soccer jersey.

This promotion is a significant move by McDonald's Canada to engage with a major global sporting event, aiming to enhance the fan experience both in-restaurant and through digital offerings, including a scannable code in Happy Meal packaging that unlocks an exclusive digital game. The collaboration underscores McDonald's strategy to become a more central part of cultural moments and seasonal events for Canadians.
